He has successfully closed deals covering a total of 2 million sq. ft. His expertise in market research, strategic planning, and client advisory ensures that every deal aligns with his clients’ goals. With deep knowledge of property trends and investment strategies, Abhishek is a trusted name in the industry.

FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

A B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Dr. DY Patil University, Pune, Brijesh Patel has been actively involved in the commercial real estate sector since 2018. His experience includes working with MNCs and national firms, successfully closing deals of 2.5 million sq. ft. With strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of commercial real estate dynamics, and a strategic mindset, Brijesh is instrumental in delivering high-value solutions to clients.
